Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our dynamic catering production and prep team.

This position is being created to support our continued growth and operational needs. We are seeking an additional team member to strengthen our workforce and support increasing business demands.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook items according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient prep.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff across multiple departments.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification, in progress of obtaining, or open to receive
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Other Information

- We operate 7 days a week & 365 days a year
- Kitchen staff are expected to assist with on-site events when required
- The successful candidate must have or be eligible for government issued security clearance.
