We are seeking a Plant Controller / Accounting Manager to join a growing manufacturing team in Burlington.

This role is ideal for an experienced Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position. The successful candidate will oversee plant financial operations, support business decisions, and lead accounting functions within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage month-end/year-end financial reporting and close processes
- Oversee accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, costing, inventory, and fixed assets
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Analyze financial performance, costs, and operational KPIs
- Support audits, compliance,



and internal controls
- Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights
- Mentor and develop accounting team members

Requirements

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA (CMA/CGA)
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting
