Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate dentist looking to join a busy, well-established dental practice in Windsor? We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships in a collaborative environment.

Location: Windsor, Ontario
Schedule: Monday – Friday

- Part-time for the first 2 months
- Transitioning to full-time in the 3rd month

What We’re Looking For:

- Licensed Dentist in good standing with the RCDSO
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient care




- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Act as a role model for the entire team on clinical and patient care
- Bridge the clinical and administrative functions for the whole team to be cohesive and united
- Partner with Practice Manager and all others in the practice to build and maintain trust and positive team relationships
- Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to create treatment plans for every patient, diagnosing and presenting options in detail
- Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice
- Maintains composure under pressure during times of change

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $96,957.14-$327,737.08 per year
