Duties

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations for buyers, emphasizing key features, technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities
- Engage with customers in a lively and professional manner, answering questions clearly and confidently to enhance their experience
- Support outside sales efforts by building relationships with potential clients and dealerships through personalized presentations
- Assist in managing the sales process by tracking customer interactions, follow-ups, and leads to ensure consistent engagement
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for upselling high-end vehicles and expanding dealership sales opportunities




- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored vehicle demonstrations, and dealership tours

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and presentation abilities, to engage customers confidently
- Ability to manage sales processes efficiently using organizational skills and CRM tools
- Knowledge of marketing principles to promote vehicle features and dealership promotions effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to support upselling opportunities without pressure
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate appointments, demonstrations, and follow-ups seamlessly
