You’ll work on both sides of the Alberta/Saskatchewan border in one of the busiest areas of the oilpatch, contributing to meaningful projects and building a rewarding career in land services.

Whether you’re an experienced land agent or someone with a strong rural or agricultural background looking to break into the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a rural or agricultural background who can easily connect with landowners and stakeholders. Land experience is an asset but not required.
- Education: Ideally, you have completed post-secondary education (diploma or degree) and are seeking a meaningful, long-term career.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in computer and reporting tools
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role

- Other Qualifications:





- AB Land Agent license (or willingness to obtain one)
- A clean driving record
- Membership in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

- Consulting with stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory agencies, and clients
- Supporting Surface Land acquisitions and related project activities
- Working closely with our administration team to ensure successful project delivery
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards
