Agrocentre Belcan Inc. is expanding. In order to meet the expansion, we are looking for additional team members in the Winchester location.

Belcan is a specialized, chemical free soybean crushing operation. Safety and quality are our main drivers. If you are motivated and want to learn about soybean processing for livestock feed, we will offer you complete training of the entire process.

We are looking for reliable Skilled Labourers to support plant operations, including cleaning, material handling, and assisting operators.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning and maintenance support
- Handle materials and assist production
- Identify and report issues
- Support overall plant efficiency

Requirements

- Industrial or labour experience preferred
- Physically capable of manual work
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
