Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services according to client preferences
- Consult with clients and their children to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Foster excellent communication with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business
- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the salon environment
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting is preferred
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and sanitation standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that promotes client loyalty
