Join our dynamic team as a Powersport Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for powersports equipment will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this energetic role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersport vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Your hands-on skills will ensure each vehicle is serviced efficiently and safely, helping customers get back to their adventures with confidence. We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to apply their technical knowledge in a quick-paced environment that values quality work and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough diagnostics on powersport vehicles to identify mechanical issues accurately
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and other key components using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and electrical system checks




- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols to ensure high-quality repairs and safe working conditions

Requirements

- Strong mechanical knowledge of powersport vehicles and their systems
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets
- Proficiency with power tools including drills, impact drivers, and pneumatic tools
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair instructions with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Prior experience in a powersport or automotive repair environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
