Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate recent business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals that benefit both the client and the company
- Manage existing accounts proactively to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities,
pipeline progress, and customer interactions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client requirements
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or business development roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Experience in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Excellent analysis skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with diverse client bases
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support
