Flair Fabrics Canada is a growing used clothing grading and wholesale warehouse specializing in premium, vintage, branded, and designer apparel. We supply customers across Canada and internationally while expanding our online retail business through our website, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Picker & Online Listings Associate who has a strong knowledge of clothing brands, vintage fashion, and premium apparel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying valuable items from our warehouse inventory and preparing them for sale on our online platforms.

Responsibilities

- Pick premium, branded, vintage, and designer clothing from warehouse inventory.
- Identify high-value and fashionable clothing items.
- Sort and organize products for online sales.
- Prepare items for photography and online listings.
- Create accurate product descriptions and categorize items.
- Upload products to our website, Etsy, and other online marketplaces.
- Maintain an organized inventory of listed products.
- Work closely with the warehouse and online sales team.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before listing.





Qualifications

- Knowledge of clothing brands, vintage fashion, and designer labels.
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Etsy, Shopify, eBay, or similar is an asset.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is an asset but not required.
