Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience operating Counter Balance, hand strapping, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and accuracy.
- At least 4 years experience with Counterbalance
- A valid forklift license from a reputable forklift training school
- Able to work 5 days per week
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds frequently during your shift
- Must have excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
- The ability to multitask within a busy workplace
- The willingness to learn new skills while employed
Responsibilities:
- Manual order picking & packaging mostly with some FKL driving
- Onloading and offloading the products
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Assist with inventory management and order picking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Shift timings: 7:30am to 3:30 pm
