Gorge Vale Auto is a long-running, community based automotive shop in Victoria, BC and we are expanding our long-term team. We are seeking a Service Advisor to manage front end customer service duties including, but not limited to, the following:Responsibilities:Greeting customers;
Recommending and estimating customer repairs and maintenance;
Reviewing and updating customer repair history;
Providing detailed and accurate estimations including costs of labor and parts;
Creating work orders which are detailed and accurate;
Following up with customers and communicating any updates while repairs are in process;
Working with technicians to maintain customer communication and workflow;
Scheduling appointments.
Qualifications:Customer Service experience;
Knowledge of Costar is a plus;
General automotive knowledge;
Valid driver's license. Typing 30wpm a must.
