General Labour / Material Handler – Afternoon Shift

Location: North York, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Innovopak Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labour / Material Handler to join our manufacturing team.

This position is responsible for supporting production by keeping work areas clean, organized, and fully supplied to ensure efficient operations.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities

- Keep production areas, workstations, and machines clean and organized.
- Ensure production lines are supplied with the materials needed to maintain continuous operation.
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the facility.
- Wrap, label, and stage finished products for shipping.
- Remove scrap and waste materials from production areas.
- Assist machine operators and other departments as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications





- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting wage: Ontario minimum wage.
- After successfully completing the 6-month probation period and becoming a member of the Union, employees will receive:
- $1.00/hour wage increase
- Afternoon shift premium
- Company-paid benefits
- Union representation and benefits as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
