The Edmonton Weight Management Centre & Family Practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an interest in weight management to support our physicians in our referral-based Weight Management Program.

This is a hybrid position that requires a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently and as a team while collaborating closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.

Position Requirements

As this is a mix of in person and remote position, candidates must have:





- A reliable personal computer with internet access.
- Their own cellphone with the RingCentral Mobile App installed for clinic communications.
- Experience using AVA EMR (preferred). Training may be provided for the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current registration and good standing as an LPN.
- Experience in weight management, primary care, or chronic disease management is considered an asset.
- Robust organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment.
