Are you a hardworking, detail-oriented individual with a passion for transforming landscapes into stunning outdoor environments? Join our team of skilled landscapers and help create high-end residential and commercial projects. As a member of our Construction Crew, you’ll assist with hardscaping, softscaping, and more, contributing to exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every project.

What You’ll Do
Under the direction of your Foreman, you’ll:

- Prepare job sites through demolition, layout, and excavation.
- Install hardscaping features such as retaining walls, interlock or natural stone driveways, patios, porches, and walkways.
- Perform softscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, and sodding.
- Operate tools and equipment such as tampers, laser levels, dingos, shovels, and drills.
- Maintain tools and equipment through daily inspections and cleaning.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and follow safety regulations.
- Support other crews as needed (carpentry: decks, fences; maintenance: property care).





What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in landscaping and/or construction (preferred).
- A valid G-class driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites across the GTA.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, tools, and equipment for landscaping practices.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, crouch for long periods, and lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Punctuality, responsibility, and dependability, with a readiness to learn and work hard.
- Strong communication skills (English preferred).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to ethics and quality.

Schedule & Compensation

- Seasonal position: mid-March to mid-December, with optional winter work.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- We are a Certified Living Wage Employer, offering $24/hr to start, increasing to $26.87/hour upon completion of 3 month probationary period
