Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Driver to join our team and ensure safe, timely, and courteous transportation services. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients, including children and seniors, to various destinations while providing exceptional customer service. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for our clients by demonstrating professionalism, safety awareness, and effective communication. Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport clients to appointments, activities, or errands while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist clients with boarding, disembarking, and securing their belongings or mobility aids as needed
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting mechanical issues promptly
- Communicate clearly with clients in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, to ensure they feel comfortable and informed during transit
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs with patience, respect, and professionalism




- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transportation
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate schedules and optimize routes for efficiency

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children, seniors, or individuals requiring special care or assistance
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance to perform basic troubleshooting or report issues promptly
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrating patience, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to teach safety protocols or procedures when necessary and write clear reports or documentation
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety standards applicable to commercial driving
