Breakfast / Social Attendant:

Duties:

- Study and execute IHG Brand Standards & Menu requirements for Breakfast and Social evening
- Maintain daily operations of the breakfast / social service in a hotel setting
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen according to Northern Health Food Premesis requirements
- Monitor food levels, cook as needed and report inventory stortages to Supervisor
- Handle guest inquiries, report concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Assist Supervisor with budgeting and cost control measures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel breakfast setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
