Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using POS systems.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with basic math skills.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service counters.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy periods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transactions.
- Experience in food preparation, serving, and food safety standards is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently.
