Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker to join client's our custom millwork production team. The ideal candidate is a skilled hands-on professional with strong experience in cabinet manufacturing, architectural millwork, machining, assembly, and finishing of high-quality custom projects.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering precision work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Morning

Job Responsibilities

- Operate woodworking machinery including panel saws, routers, edge banders, jointers, and planers.
- Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry, wall panels, moldings, and architectural millwork components.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and production details.
- Work with materials including solid wood, veneers, laminates, and composite materials.
- Perform layout, cutting, fitting, gluing, clamping, sanding,



and finishing tasks.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and production requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams, project managers, and engineers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.

Job Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinetmaking, custom cabinetry, or architectural millwork.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and joinery.
- Experience with both machining and assembly of custom millwork.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings.
- Experience fabricating straight and curved millwork components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
