Guest Experience

- Deliver outstanding hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
- Build relationships with regular guests and help grow customer loyalty
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensure service standards are consistently executed

Team Leadership

- Lead shifts and support servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Help train and onboard new team members
- Coach team members on service, upselling, and hospitality standards
- Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork

Operations

- Assist with operation procedures
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily communication
- Ensure cleanliness, organization,



and adherence to company standards
- Help maintain liquor service and food safety standards
- Assist management with inventory counts and operational projects

Future Management Development

Top performers will receive training in:

- Leadership and team management

- Ordering and vendor relations
- Guest recovery and conflict resolution
- Financial performance and restaurant KPIs

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years serving experience in a busy restaurant
- Previous leadership, trainer, or lead server experience is an asset
- Serving It Right certification
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
- Positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset
- Reliable, accountable, and professional
- Desire to grow into restaurant management
