- Premium Wages: Earn a base rate of $25.00 per hour for standard local assignments.
- Extended Distance Premium: Earn $28.00 per hour ($25.00 base + $3.00 premium) for any job sites located 50 km or further from our Peterborough dispatch base!

- CRA Tax Write-Offs: Because you supply your own products and fuel, we provide a signed CRA T2200 tax form at year-end, allowing you to legally deduct your gas, mileage, and cleaning supplies directly from your personal income taxes!

What We Are Seeking:

- Motivated & Positive:



People who genuinely enjoy cleaning and work exceptionally well independently without direct supervision.
- Equipped for Success: Cleaners who are able to purchase, supply, and maintain their own professional-grade cleaning tools, chemicals, caddies, and rags (meeting Koala brand and safety standards).
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License (G or G2) and your own reliable vehicle to travel to 1–3 client homes per day. (Please note: Transportation/gas fees are not directly reimbursed upfront, but are fully eligible for year-end tax deductions).
- Clear Background: Ability to provide a clean Criminal Record Check.
- Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet and managing physical cleaning tasks efficiently.

Experience:

- Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel hospitality, room attendance, commercial/office cleaning, or general cleaning is a robust asset, but not required. We are happy to coach the right person with the right attitude!
