Bedrock Masonry Inc. dba Bedrock located at 1320 129 Street, Surrey, BC V4A 3X8 is hiring one full time permanent Construction Site Supervisor for various project site locations in Lower mainland, BC. Salary is $37.50 per hour.

Duties:

Supervise, plan, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in bricklaying and construction helpers and labourers

Manage, inspect and monitor the workflow and activities to meet work schedules and deadlines

Evaluate and resolve work problems and decide on measures to improve work productivity and quality

Ensures care, maintenance, availability and requisition of necessary materials, supplies, equipment, plans, tools, etc.

Train workers in job duties, proper safety procedures,



occupational hazards and company policies

Report to senior manager of progress

Supervise the orderliness and cleanliness of work area

Qualifications:

Completion of secondary school

2-3 years of supervisory experience in construction or related field

Moderate English language proficiency

Ability to supervise 5-7 people
