Position in Indeed: Clinic Lead

We are seeking a Clinic Lead to join our team at South Okanagan Physiotherapy & Active Wellness Centre.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to manage front desk responsibilities effectively. Experience with Jane App or in a Multidisciplinary Clinic is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls and booking client appointments
- Handle scheduling and appointments using Jane App
- Submit insurance billing and take payments
- Perform Accounts Receivable Functions
- Oversee clinical stats and perform tasks needed to improve clinic numbers
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent service standards
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails,



and maintaining office records

Experience

- Prior office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical roles or receptionist positions such as dental or medical receptionist
- Experience with Jane App is an asset
- Experience with customer service is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in sales and customer experience

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
