Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Utilize SharePoint for documentation and project tracking, ensuring all stakeholders have access to necessary information.
- Implement quality management practices to monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and negotiate any necessary adjustments.
- Lead team meetings to discuss project milestones, challenges, and solutions while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Support product management initiatives by providing insights into project performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project controls or related fields with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team management capabilities, fostering collaboration among diverse groups.
- Proficient in using Primavera for documentation, communication and scheduling purposes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- A commitment to quality management practices that enhance project outcomes.
- Generating RFI's and change orders
- Microsoft Excel experience
