We are seeking an ERP & IT Coordinator to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, Power BI reporting solutions, and daily IT operations. This role will work closely with business departments, users, and external IT partners to ensure effective system support, accurate data, and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Administration & Support

- Support the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including user access, system configuration, workflows, approval processes, and data maintenance.
- Assist with ERP improvements and workflow enhancements to support business processes.
- Provide support for Business Central modules including inventory, warehouse, production, purchasing, sales, and finance.
- Maintain ERP documentation, system records, and data accuracy.
- Support ERP implementation, integration, testing, and system enhancement projects.

Power BI & Reporting Support

- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for operations, inventory, warehouse, finance, and management reporting.
- Support data extraction, data modeling, and reporting processes from Business Central and other systems.
- Monitor report accuracy, data refresh processes, and resolve reporting issues.
- Work with departments to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into effective solutions.

IT Support & Administration

- Coordinate daily IT support activities, including hardware, software, business applications, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Support users across multiple locations, including onsite and remote assistance.
- Manage user accounts, system permissions, software licenses, hardware setup, and IT documentation.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for technical support and system maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records and support cybersecurity, backup, and data security practices.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

- Assist with IT, ERP,



and automation projects to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, testing, and user training activities.
- Provide guidance and support to users to improve adoption of ERP and business applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, and IT operations.
- Microsoft DP-600 and PL-300 certifications
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, data reporting, or dashboard development is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP modules related to inventory, warehouse, production, purchasing, sales, or finance is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and user support issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Business Central certifications (MB-800/MB-820) or Power Platform is an asset.
- Fluency in English & Chinese (both oral and written).

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
