About Canva Painting
Canva Painting is a professional residential and commercial painting company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a seamless experience from the first consultation to project completion. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and leads.
- Contact homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Schedule on-site estimates and consultations.
- Meet clients to understand their painting needs.
- Prepare and present qualified painting estimates.
- Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of leads, estimates, and sales activities using our CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth project handoff.
- Represent Canva Painting professionally at all times.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Experience in the painting, construction, home improvement, or related industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with homeowners and business clients.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and CRM software.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
