We are looking for an organized, compassionate, and personable Consultation Representative to become the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is highly organized, and thrives in a remote work environment.

Position Summary

As the Consultation Representative, you will manage consultation scheduling, conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients, and ensure accurate communication and documentation throughout the client onboarding process. You will play a key role in helping families understand our services while supporting the company's operational workflow.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update consultation availability on the company's shared calendar.
- Monitor and update availability on the booking calendar.
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients in a qualified, compassionate, and informative manner.
- Answer questions about NightOwl Nursing's services and guide families through the next steps.
- Record consultation notes and outcomes in the company database/CRM.
- Communicate consultation results and recommendations to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up when required.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to provide a seamless client experience.
- Represent the NightOwl Nursing brand with professionalism, empathy,



and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable conducting consultations over video conferencing platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Calendly management, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Previous customer service, healthcare administration, client relations, or sales experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in maternity, postpartum, nursing, or healthcare environments is an asset but not required.
