We are hiring immediately for a Mobile Automotive Technician to support high-demand service across the GTA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Oil changes (LOF)
- Tire services (on-rim, repairs, basic installs)
- Light mechanical work
- Mobile service at commercial & fleet locations
- Complete ALL work orders digitally and accurately (no shortcuts)

WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

- Show up ON TIME — every shift
- Move fast and stay organized
- Follow instructions and company process exactly
- Communicate throughout the day (no disappearing)
- Complete ALL assigned work — no partial jobs, no shortcuts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Be professional, polite, and approachable with clients
- Represent the company properly at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Heavy lifting required (tires, equipment, tools)
- Ability to work on your feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors and in garages

REQUIREMENTS:





- Full G License (clean driving record REQUIRED)
- Minimum 5 years automotive experience
- Comfortable driving a service van daily
- Strong communication skills (this is critical)
- Ability to work independently without supervision

VEHICLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

- Company vehicle must be handled responsibly at all times
- Cleanliness and care are expected
- Any negligence or carelessness will not be tolerated

COMPENSATION:

- Paid per job or hourly (based on experience)
- High performers will earn more — straightforward
