Responsibilities
- Prepare hardwood floors by sanding, grinding, and smoothing surfaces using hand tools and power equipment.
- Apply stains, finishes, sealers, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance and longevity of floors.
- Use construction skills to repair damaged flooring sections or replace worn-out boards as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met and perform touch-ups or corrections as necessary.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling debris, dust, and leftover materials during and after projects.
- Collaborate with team members to work toward common goals
Experience
