We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Server Assistant/ Busser. This role involves providing exceptional guest services in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a solid commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in customer service, and hospitality operations within a rapid-paced setting. This position requires working weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all health regulations
- Explain menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Support takeout and delivery operations when needed
- Work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Other duties as assigned or required

Skills

- Experience in food service,



restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced workplace
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent cleaning skills to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
- Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and guest interactions
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
