Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host. We are looking to hire a longterm skilled candidate, with previous experience in Hospitality. As a Host you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have excellent communication, problem solving skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Manage waitlist and seating arrangements

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

- Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:





- 5+ years previous experience in food service or hospitality

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Profeccient in Microsoft suite, Google Drive, OpenTable, Silverware

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
