Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice on technology sales and merchandise options
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract attention and promote featured products
- Handle cashiering duties including basic math calculations, cash handling, and issuing receipts with professionalism
- Communicate effectively with customers using phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support
- Manage time efficiently to assist multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining organizational skills
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock checks as needed
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated technical sales experience, including product demos and upselling techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service background emphasizing friendly interactions and phone etiquette
