We are looking for a high-energy Full-Time Salesperson who loves talking with fellow adventure seekers and help riders find their dream machine.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Experience: Walk customers through unit features and functionality, provide quotes, present financial options, and close sales with a professional, customer-first approach.
- Lead Generation & Marketing: Follow up with leads, post inventory across online advertising platforms, manage showroom floor displays, and participate in marketing events, open houses, and demo days.
- Financing & F&I; Services: Complete finance applications, upsell extended warranties, and recommend parts, accessories, and gear for new unit sales.




- Documentation & Operations: Prepare accurate sales paperwork, maintain unit tags/pricing, perform inventory audits, and keep showroom inventory spotless and presentable.
- Team Collaboration: Assist customers with problem-solving and work closely with the Parts and Service departments to ensure seamless deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Enthusiast Mindset: Passion for powersports, outdoor adventure, or the riding lifestyle is a major asset.
- Experience: Proven track record in retail sales or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and Dealer Management Systems).
- Communication & Drive: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and skilled at building quick customer rapport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
