Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, efficient operations at the rare earth processing facility

- Work with project groups to facilitate commissioning
- Monitor and enhance safety and production standards
Requirements:
- Industrial leadership in chemical processing or mining
- Proven experience in 24/7 processing facilities
- Preferred degree in engineering or related technical field
- Outstanding safety and operational judgment
- Collaborative approach across multiple stakeholders
