Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: CA$60,000 to CA$80,000 per year could be made; commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential; weekly performance bonuses; monthly residual income; unionized workplace; growth conferences; dental, life, medical, vision, retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

- Speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in coverage.
- Meet with clients to understand their financial protection goals and recommend suitable products.
- Communicate complex product information in a clear, straightforward and skilled way.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.
- Nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service.

Qualifications

- A knack for building genuine connections with people.




- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to learn about insurance products and industry regulations.
- Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Organization in managing leads and client records.
