Spectrum is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join a specialized team in palliative care. In this significant role, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, supporting patients throughout their journey.

Your nursing expertise will facilitate symptom management and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the team
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care strategies
- Advocate for patients while managing their symptoms




- Participate in clinical huddles and case conferences as needed
- Travel to various patient locations within the region

Requirements:

- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least two years of nursing experience, with palliative care preferred
- Experience with palliative care patients is essential
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
- Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
