The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Commercial Credit Analyst / Underwriter to support our Commercial division and work directly with one of our Vice Presidents of Commercial Lending.

If you’re detail‑oriented, comfortable with numbers, and ready to contribute to real estate transactions worth millions, this role offers a fast‑paced workplace with big potential for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Analysis & Underwriting

- Build financial models and cash flow projections
- Analyze borrower statements, property income, and lease terms
- Underwrite files for conventional and CMHC‑backed loans
- Review third‑party documents (appraisals, rent rolls, legal docs)

Deal Execution & Collaboration

- Coordinate with brokers,



lenders, lawyers, and consultants
- Track project funding, ensure compliance, and support due diligence
- Prepare memos, organize documentation, and support closings

Who You Are

- 2+ years of experience in commercial credit or real estate underwriting
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Familiarity with financial metrics like DSC, LTV, LTC, and ROI
- Bonus: Exposure to construction financing or real estate development
- A degree or diploma in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related fields
