Ready! Set! Paint! is hiring painters for our crew! We are seeking truly talented individuals for interior and exterior projects. We have a culture in our company of ownership, accountability, and honesty. We will protect that culture at all costs. What we are looking for. - minimum 3 years experience - must have a reliable vehicle - must have painter whites - must be Fluent in English - must be able and willing to work at heights - must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week. What we are not looking for. - those who are chronically late or absent - those who are afflicted with problems with drink or drugs - those who are not presentable -those who can not hold a conversation without cursing every other word. - those who are unwilling to work as a team and can not take constructive criticism. Pay will be based on quality and production. A one week tryout will be required at 28/hr and then your pay rate will be discussed.
