Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of commercial and residential painting experience. • Highly proficient with spraying, rolling, brushing, masking, and surface preparation. • Experienced applying a wide range of coatings, including primers, latex, enamels, epoxies, and specialty finishes. • Able to consistently produce an efficient, high-quality finish. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time. • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation. • Canadian bank account for payroll. • Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with premium decorative finishes is considered a strong asset,



including: • Limewash finishes • Venetian plaster • Microcement • Polished plaster • Decorative textured coatings and specialty finishes Applicants with experience in these specialty finishes will be given preference.
