About the Role

O2 Beauty is seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional hair services and building lasting client relationships, contributing directly to the salon's reputation for quality and client satisfaction.

This role reports to the Salon Manager and works closely with other stylists and support staff.

Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their desired look, hair type, and lifestyle needs
- Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and other hair services to a high professional standard
- Recommend and sell hair care products based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in line with health and safety regulations




- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and communication

Qualifications

- Valid Hairstylist/Hairdresser certification or license (as required in Ontario)
- Proven experience as a hairdresser or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and current trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- A team-oriented, positive attitude
