Title: Product Designer

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience building product roadmaps and leading strategic transformation initiatives within large enterprises and in complex/large projects/products
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional delivery programs.
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience creating customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and modern digital experiences.
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Job Description

BMO's Treasury Payment Solutions team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the product strategy, experience design, and roadmap execution for a large-scale Corporate Credit Card Management Transformation Program. This individual will operate at the intersection of business, product, operations,



and technology to design and deliver modern card management capabilities that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and platform scalability.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, Corporate Cards leaders, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Commercial Banking stakeholders to define future-state experiences, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of roadmap priorities.

This role is highly visible and requires someone capable of influencing executive stakeholders while leading complex payments and card modernization initiatives. The role aligns with Treasury Payment Solutions product management and roadmap-driven delivery responsibilities found in internal TPS-related materials.

- We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
- Pay range for this role is between $50-60/hr CAD.
