- Supervise Patient Care Coordinators and Charge Nurses
- Oversee patient placement activities and resource allocation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current BC license
- 5 years of relevant acute care experience
- 2 years' supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid BC Driver's License essential
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
