Sephora Canada is seeking a Talent and Business Operations Manager, Stores to oversee People and Operations at a single Sephora location. You will assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding of current advisors, training, and ensure execution of Sephora standards in-store.
You will conduct final interviews for key roles, manage store training with Education partners, write performance reviews, lead store operations including inventory and cycle counts, and monitor payroll and controllable expenses
