This role requires in-person attendance at Canadian Forces Bases for essential registrations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map essential MPMS capabilities and operational flows
- Evaluate existing procedures and legacy systems

- Create and maintain conceptual data models
- Facilitate requirements validation and governance

Requirements:

- Proven competency as a Level 3 Business System Analyst
- Expertise in business process and data modeling methodologies
- Background in SQL, Java, or C/C++ is essential
- Familiarity with cloud environments and ERP platforms is an advantage
- Must be eligible for Enhanced Reliability security clearance
