This part-time course (CML3184) is offered during the Fall 2026 to Winter 2027 academic periods. Candidates must possess an LL.B., J.D., or equivalent along with expertise in intellectual property and written advocacy. Teaching experience is preferred, emphasizing the development of practical skills through moot competitions to prepare students for administrative, trial, and appellate advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions
- Guide students in preparing effective legal submissions
- Evaluate student performance in moot competitions
- Provide mentorship and support to students
- Develop course materials and assessments
Requirements:
- LL.B., J.D., or equivalent degree required
- Membership in Law Society of Ontario in good standing
