The Role,Your Impact

As a Food Processing Labourer , you play anessential role in the day-to-day operations of our turkeyprocessing plant located in Saint-Jean-Baptiste . Through yourwork, you help ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of ouroperations everyday.

Inthis role, youwill:

- Participate in the various stages of poultry processing, fromreceiving products to finalpreparation.
- Handle ,transport, weigh, prepare, and package products according toestablished qualitystandards.
- Work indifferent areas of the plant, including slaughtering, evisceration,cutting, and sanitation, to support productionoperations.
- Follow quality, hygiene, food safety, and health and safetystandards while handling raw poultryproducts.

WorkingConditions

- Schedule: Based on operational needs, with day and night shiftsavailable.
- Startingwage: $21.88/hour,



with an increase following thesuccessful completion of the probationperiod.
- Shiftpremiums: An additional$0.50/hour is offered for the11:00 a.M. to 8:00 p.M. shift , and anadditional $0.75/hour applies to the nightshift .
