SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will beresponsible for the following mainresponsibilities:

- Manage humanresources activities on a daily basis (employee meetings,evaluations, training, overtime);

- Manage theperformance and efficiency of the department in addition toensuring compliance with HACCPstandards;

- Promote and ensure compliance withoccupational health and safety rules;

- Promote afavorable, productive and safe workenvironment;

- Listen to your employees andmaintain good working relationships with teammembers;

- Ensure effective management of theonboarding, and training of new employees by ensuring that requiredprocedures, work methods, and information are communicated andunderstood.
- Manage the application of thecollective agreement with a view to a harmonious employmentrelationship;

- Produce the requireddocumentation and liaise with other departments,



internal andexternalclients.

REQUIREMENTS

Morethan three (3) years of relevant experience in supervision in thefield of production in a unionized environment or any otherexperience deemed equivalent;

Knowledge ofHACCP/SQF standards;

Knowledge of slaughtering,eviscerating and cutting poultry (anasset).
