We’re looking for a Sous Chef to work in collaboration with our team in providing exceptional quality food, maintaining standards of the kitchen, developing recent menu items, providing leadership and elevating service.

You have:
A passion for food, cooking, leadership and mentorship
1+ years experience in a similar role
A proven track record managing food cost, labour and inventory management
Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine considered an asset
A calm, confident, and kind presence
Food Protected Level 1 required
