We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent kitchen skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices
Assist with food plating and garnishing to ensure appealing presentation
Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage




Support team members during busy service hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food service, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation or as a line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to delivering quality dishes and exceptional service

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
