About the Role

Our Front of House Supervisor / Barista plays a hands-on leadership role in creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting smooth daily operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident leading a team, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is genuinely passionate about hospitality, wellness, and helping people feel their best.

We are looking for a positive and reliable leader who sets the standard through their own actions. The successful candidate will balance guest service, team leadership, beverage preparation, and operational responsibilities while representing Seed N Salt’s values.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Front of House team throughout service
Create a warm, attentive, and efficient guest experience
Respond to guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
Prepare consistent, high-quality espresso beverages and café drinks
Maintain strong menu and product knowledge and confidently make recommendations
Oversee opening, closing, cash-handling, and daily operational procedures
Support the training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, food safety, and product presentation




Communicate effectively with the Back of House team to support an effective service flow
Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and monitoring product levels
Identify operational needs and take initiative to support the team
Model Seed N Salt’s values and contribute to a positive, accountable workplace culture

What We’re Looking For
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, retail, fitness, wellness, or another guest-facing environment
Barista experience and espresso knowledge are strongly preferred
A genuine interest in wellness, healthy food, and creating positive guest experiences
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Confidence coaching team members and providing clear, respectful direction
The ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused in a busy environment
A dependable, hands-on leadership style
A positive, team-first attitude
Full-time availability, including weekends
